Starting out as an “on-air personality” at various Australian radio stations, he progressed through advertising sales and sales / general management roles in a number of highly competitive Australian and New Zealand markets. Over recent years he has consulted to a wide cross section of businesses in Australia, New Zealand, India, Asia and Africa. During this time Stephen has demonstrated a passion and aptitude to identify opportunities to enhance business sales performance and processes, across a wide variety of company types, size and business categories.
